Frequently Asked Questions

The biggest factors of pricing in Junk Removal is Volume, Logistics and Weight.

Volume is measured in cubic yards. This is the most common calculation to determine how much junk removal will cost. We measure how much volume you have to determine how much to charge. A single washing machine is about 1 cubic yard.

Next we focus on logistics. How far away is the debris from the access of our truck or trailer? What is the time required to access the debris from the truck? This variable is not used as frequently but would be relevant for example if you lived on the 10th floor of an apartment building, which require more time.

Lastly weight is a variable in cost. This is usually only relevant for those extremely heavy items, for example gun safes, hot tubs etc etc.

Our pricing for Cubic yard tends to average around $50 per cubic yard. We try to gauge your needs over the phone to get you an estimate cost, but our guys will arrive on site and will give you set price prior to starting any work.

You can call us over the phone and we are usually pretty good with being accurate on our estimated cost. You can also send in any photos you have to assist us in getting you a virtual estimate. Otherwise we will schedule a free estimate for our team to meet you in person.

We are properly insured  with general liability and commercial auto. Along with the proper workers compensation.

Being bonded protects you as a homeowner to make sure the contractor you hired will complete the job correctly. We do carry Bonds where applicable, but not every region in the country requires it.

We are licensed as a general contractor, however many regions do not have a required license for junk removal.

It is a common practice as is with moving companies. However its not required or expected from our team. If you received excellent service and wish to tip, feel free. Otherwise we only ask you leave us a 5 star review online.

We normally take payment in full at the completion of the job. That may vary depending on the size of the job. For larger jobs we may implement a required deposit and payment schedule as the job progresses.

All payments are processed within credit card industry standards and are encrypted to where we don’t have access to your details once a payment is submitted.
